The MB-1400 is in our P.M. lubrication system for over one year now and performs superbly - besides friction induced wear in a cold and extremely hot environment, we extended component/parts replacements to a saving of 50% during this period.

Both MB-1400 grease and MM-1104 Concentrate in addition to these savings, record a load - reduction reading on this equpiment from 5-25% - depending upon application. We can at this point and time highly recommend your product and thank you for your professional assistance.

Just a note to tell you how pleased we are with the C‑2 concentrate. As you know we are testing the C‑2 in the Western Gear unit of our York Refrigeration Compressor. This gear box increases the speed of our electic motor at a ratio of 8 to 1. So, lubrication is critical.

The savings are substantial. We will continue to test C‑2 in other equipment.

We have been using PM Plus in our plant for approximately 3 years. So far we have been very impressed with its performance

We are presently using it in several areas of the plant, with different types and sizes of rotating equipment, and in various conditions including hot, cold, wet, and dry areas.

Since we started using PM Plus, we have found that the grease remains in good condition (does not dry up) even after extended periods running. We are also experiencing the longest duration of operating time without a bearing failure (This makes our Boss very happy).

Due to the LIGHT PINT colour of the grease it makes it easy to see any contamination. This is a definite asset when inspecting bearings.

We do not have any hard figures to prove that PM PLUS is saving the company money. But it is our opinion that due to to the fact we use your product, grease changes are less frequent and the condition of our bearings remain good. These facts equate to less downtime (more running time) therefore more producion time, and therefore DOLLARS SAVED!!!

It has now been 6 months since we started using the C‑2 Concentrate. Prior to the C‑2, we had to sharpen the drills every 8 to 12 hours and replaced the carbide insert every 12 hours.

Since we added the C‑2, we have averaged 6 to 8 days between tool sharpening and reduced our insert usage to 1 a week.

We have also added the C‑2 to our saw which increased the blade life by about 50%, and to our tapping fliuds, with a substantial increase in tool life. The product works very well and we thought you might like to know of our success.

We are a general machine shop and do not have large production runs. We have used the C‑2 in machining aluminum and have noticed a much improved finish with no taring of the material.

By mixing it with water, we have removed the burnout scale from steel in about half the time, without breaking our tool bits.

I have a stock car and have used the grease in the wheel bearings with fantastic results. Comlube's grease returns to it's original state after cooling. After 20 weeks fo racing, the grease still looks the same.
